Return/Exchange Policy
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Gifted Abilitees is grateful for your business and dedicated to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Part of providing this satisfaction is to make the return or exchange procedure as easy as possible. You may return new and unworn products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return/exchange is due to our mistake (you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item).
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund a lot faster. Stated time is to allow ample time for shipping and payment processing.
To Return or Exchange an item:
- Email giftedabilitees@gmail.com with the subject RETURN or EXCHANGE with your order number and address. If the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged please attach a picture of the product and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice.
- We do not accept any returns/exchages after 30 days from original shipping date.
- To cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order immediately. If your order has not been shipped, you will receive a refund immediately. If your order has been shipped, we will process your refund as soon as we receive your returned item.
- All refunds or exchanges recipients will receive an email confirmation ensuring satisfaction has been achieved.
